For over 20 years I have been committed to helping people successfully resolve their tax problems with HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC).
I have dealt with all types of civil tax enquiries and investigations from routine aspect enquiries into as little as one item on a tax return to more complex cases involving schemes, structures and the preparation of disclosure reports to HMRC where there has been suspected fraud involved.
My clients have come from all walks of life and are wealthy individuals, owner managed businesspeople via a sole tradership, partnerships or private limited companies.
I never forget that when confronted with a tax investigation or enquiry often my clients are facing this situation for the very first time. It can be stressful and worrying and full of unfamiliar jargon and tax legislation that they do not understand. It is my role to guide them through the processes, advice them of their options and liaise with HMRC to obtain a fair and acceptable outcomes.
As well as being in practice for over 20 years, I am also:
a Chartered Tax Adviser
a Fellow of the Association of Taxation Technicians
a member of the Chartered Institute of Taxation's Technical Sub-Committee on the Management of Taxes; and
a member of the Chartered Institute of Accountants in England and Wales Tax Investigations Practitioners Group.
I can help take that stress and worry away and provide the specialist knowledge and advice required to get the job done.
